The Matrix philosophy regarding commercial management is based on a simple principle that we treat our commercial properties as if they were our own.  This “hands on” style of management has proven to be the most effective for addressing the typical problems that occur in virtually any kind of property.

Our senior management team has experience managing virtually every type of commercial property, including: retail shopping centers, industrial parks, and commercial office buildings.  We specialize in the management of small to mid range size properties.

Matrix’s management objective is to approach each property based on the client’s goals and concerns.  We strive to maximize cash flow through strict management of expenses, detailed assessment and collection of all possible income.  We strive to maintain the physical appearance or “curb appeal” of the property, and enhance the long term appreciation of the asset.  Lastly, Matrix shifts a portion of leasehold liability away from the investor through our management and maintenance activities.
